 Welcome to Pully AJ Equipment Sales Limited. Before proceeding with any purchase, please carefully read and understand the following terms and conditions governing your transactions with us. If there is anything that you do not understand, please reach out to a team member for help.
 

Most of our trucks offered for sale are sold with (2) two months or (15,000 KM) thirty thousand kilometres warranty on the engine and gearbox only. All other trucks, machinery or equipment are noted as sold "as is".
 

Mechanical and technical inspection is done on all our vehicles and equipment before sale. While we do our very best to ascertain an accurate mechanical assessment and fix any issues that arise, we cannot ensure every issue is identified at the point of inspection. 

We recommend you come and view the vehicle yourself, or have it inspected by a professional before purchase. If you do not have access to an experienced mechanic, a mechanic can be readily available to field your questions and/or concerns. 

By continuing with any transaction, it is assumed that you understand the risk in purchasing a used vehicle, or equipment from us and as agreed to our terms and conditions.

A deposit of no less than 25% of the purchase cost is required to secure the sale of any vehicle or equipment unless otherwise noted. 

All deposits made on any vehicle or equipment will incur a 10% deduction of the deposit amount on the product upon cancellation of sale initiated by the buyer. Deposits made on any vehicle or equipment will have a grace period of two (2) weeks to be fully paid off unless otherwise noted.

We reserve the right to cancel any pending transaction. Upon said cancellation by the seller, the buyer will not incur any charge.
